We're located right here in Toronto, so you know we understand your local translation needs. And we use the most rigorous qualification process to ensure only the best translators produce every translation we deliver.
We use only human translators to produce top quality translations—never machines. Our human translators have years of experience and proven translation skills. We test every translator for quality to ensure only the best translators produce every translation we deliver.
All of our translators have either studied translation at an academic level or have demonstrated a combination of academic qualifications and real world experience to pass rigorous qualification procedures. Our translators are all native speakers and have a deep understanding of the languages they translate into.
We work with translators right here in Toronto and also around the world, but primarily in North America. Others are located in Europe and elsewhere. This ensures that we always have a translator specializing in the language you need translated available to work on your project at any time of day or night.
We translate more than 150 world languages and dialects, including many that are too obscure for other firms. In fact, other translation agencies turn to us for translation assistance with languages that are not widely spoken because we can translate them. We'll translate any language with an oral and written rule set.

Yes, there is. Because there are many more translators who are native speakers of English than native speakers of other languages, it is less expensive to translate from a foreign language into English than the other way around.

Upon receipt of your order, we immediately assign your project to an expert translator who will assess your project and request any additional information needed to complete it. Then, your translator will translate your project and deliver it to us for final proofreading and a review by a second expert translator. We then deliver your project to you with an email notification.
Human translators are necessary to guarantee accuracy. Human translators understand the fine details of a language that machines miss, and only a human can produce an accurate, error-free, and professional result.
We aren't voyeurs! We ask you how you will use your document to evaluate the translation service needed and assign the translator whose skills best fit your needs. We also use your plans to help us ask follow-up questions to ensure accuracy and to avoid errors.
Free services use machines to translate text. This can work well for casual reading, but machine translations contain many errors and fail to capture the subtleties of language needed for exact and accurate translation.
Yes! Please send us any and all files that we would need to understand and translate your project.

Interpreters translate orally as a speaker speaks, while translators work with written text.
Localization is the process of adapting a product or text for a particular market. This process involves adapting the idioms, expressions, and other subtleties to reflect the attitudes, values, and assumptions of the intended audience. For example, when localizing a website for Mexico, one must be careful to use words and idioms appropriate to Mexico rather than another Spanish-speaking country like Spain, where the language is slightly different. Localization involves an understanding of the target audience and its needs. Contact us to learn more about how we can localize a product or text for your target audience.
Machine translation is the process of using a computer to translate text without the involvement of a human translator. Examples include Google Translate and Bing Translate. Machine translations contain frequent errors and often fail to identify the subtleties of language.
No! We will never use machines to translate our clients' projects. We only use the most qualified human translators on every project we deliver. Machines fail to grasp the subtleties of language, and far too often machine translations aren't just error-ridden but unreadable, too. When you see a translation service promising unrealistically low rates, it's a good bet that they use machines to translate text and then assign an editor to correct the biggest errors before delivering your document—but still running the risk of significant inaccuracies or errors.
A certified translator or interpreter is one who has had his or her skills tested by a governing professional body to ensure quality and accuracy. Most of our translators come to us with certification in their language of specialization, and we further test all of our translators with a rigorous qualification process to ensure that your project will always be completed by the highest-quality, most accurate translators available.
